Refund policy


We offer a 30-day, no quibble, returns policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, in new condition and in the original packaging.


Restocking Fees

We do not charge any restocking fees for items returned to us.

Damages and issues (Defective Products)
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can resolve it. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, your return is free & we'll provide you with a label to print out. This means your delivery fee will be £0.00.

Customer Remorse
If you'd like to return your item for any reason not mentioned above, or you'd like the exchange for a different variant, then the delivery cost to return the item(s) is your responsibility. 

Refunds (if any)
As soon as we receive your item(s), we'll inspect them and email you to confirm receipt and inform you of our decision to approve or reject your refund/exchange. 

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed within 1 business day and automatically applied to your original payment method. Please allow up-to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If 5 business days have passed and your refund has not been received, please contact your credit card company to ensure there's not a delay.
Next, contact your bank. Some banks have a processing time required before a refund appears back in your account.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items can be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items are not refundable.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We're happy to exchange items that are unused. If you'd like to request an exchange, simply email us at and we'll get back to you.

To return an item to use, please contact us first. Any items returned to us before prior approval will not be refunded.

As mentioned, unless your item(s) are incorrect or defective, you'll be responsible for paying the delivery costs to return your item(s).

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.
